Bates Collision Centers warrants the repairs against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the Customer owns the vehicle. If you are not satisfied with the workmanship, paint or anything else, we’ll take care of it willingly and without charge for as long as you own your car. It provides peace of mind to customers, as well as incentive to make sure that we get it right the first time! If the vehicle is outside Bates Collision Centers’ service area, the warranty repairs may be performed through a national network of quality repair centers.
